Chili's - Santa Clarita

I have never dined inside the restaurant, but I frequently order their salads for takeout. The salads are consistently delicious and always ready on time.

I must have given this place only two stars a year ago, but I generally love the brand so I can't figure out why. However, I recently placed a to-go order and had a great experience. What made it stand out was that Maddie, the staff member, decorated my order with smiley faces using colored highlighters. She even included a personal message that really brightened my day after a long shift at work. Thank you so much, Maddie. Your effort was greatly appreciated. ????????????

I enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. I ordered the endless soup and salad, and while the chili was too salty and dry for my liking, the salad was delicious. I also appreciated the fact that the beer was served ice cold.

Very modern and quick service! Staff was very nice and food was delicious as always!

My family and I dined out in the patio and had an amazing experience. Our server Sarah was amazing and took such good care of us. The drinks and food were all delicious and definitely satisfying. The manager Mari was so kind and was going around checkingon every table. She seemed to be a manager that actually works and helps out her employees. she sets a great example for them. Iwas very impressed at the level of customer service this location had. I will definitely be coming back again.
