Burger King - Santa Cruz

Walked here while my car was being fixed down the street, all entrances were locked at 8:30. I sat outside and ordered on the app and still 15 min later everything was still locked. I saw the employees barely opening up everything at 8:50 and left me outside in the cold to wait for my order. HORRIBLE SERVICE if you open late your customers should not be treated poorly due to your mistakes. And if youre opening 2 hours late get new employees

I eat here all the time. The food is fast and the employees are like my other mothers. The regular clientele is a bit dicey but if you like good reality TV then you'll enjoy the cast of characters and the occasional.profanity riddled outburst. The place is clean and there's functional restrooms. Open til 10 in the dining room and the drive through is open til midnight.

Staff was cool. The menu board was black and out of order so I had to ask what/or if they had certain things and prices. Took forever because my children and I hardly go so we don't know the names of things besides the whopper.

Service is ridicules. I've been coming to this BK forever, especially more recently not but choice. More of a convince thing, since I started working across the street and Lunch breaks aren't that long. The cashiers know me, not by name but by face. And when I had went there the other day the drive-thru person forgot my cheesecake and I had to return to the window. After I left I opened my recently New CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH and it was burnt so bad it looked like a hamburger. And when I went back for a 3 time INSIDE to get a refund the cashier wouldn't grant it and gave me attitude. So they definitely lost a very reliable customer.
