Avaliação da contribuiçãoDue to my celiac disease, I always search for bakeries while traveling. It's rare to find a place that is entirely gluten-free. Celestial was a delightful discovery!
I had the chance to try a vegan chocolate doughnut, an almond bar, a chocolate chip cookie, a dark chocolate brownie, and a vegan oatmeal raisin cookie. Each treat was a delightful blend of perfect moisture and texture. Many places tend to produce dry, tough vegan and gluten-free pastries, but this bakery has truly mastered the art. I could easily devour an entire box of the chocolate doughnuts. Not that I’m recommending that you do, but honestly, you definitely should!
I visited this bakery for the first time, and being from Texas, I bought a variety of items since gluten-free bakeries can be hard to find. Unfortunately, the lemon treats weren't very good; the texture was off and it was kind of foamy with barely any lemon flavor. The heel flakes turned into a gooey mess, and all I could taste was the dough. The cinnamon rolls were decent but could use more frosting and had a chewy texture. On a positive note, the Oreo brownies were fantastic! Overall, it's an okay bakery, but it could use some improvements.
We heard that the gluten-free croissants were amazing, but by 9:30 they were already sold out. However, we tried some other delicious gluten-free baked goods!
Gluten-Free? No Problem! Discovering a gluten-free bakery like this one is truly a blessing. The pastries and bread are simply outstanding—moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I really appreciate the dedication to making sure that those with gluten restrictions can enjoy great taste without compromise. This bakery has become my top choice for all gluten-free treats, and I can't recommend it enough. It's definitely the best in the area!
