Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis review is written in English, for tourts that can visit las palmas. the restaurant is clean and beautifully designed. it is not a large restaurant (although it is convenient), so I would recommend a reservation in advance. it's not a cheap one. restaurant, but the quality of food is worth the price. When we arrived, the waiter brought us a nice broth basket. we enjoyed the croquettes that were perfect, and the steamed mushes that were delicious. another starter we tried was the grilled otopus, served on cooked Canarian potatoes. very nice and then there was still a dish, blood pudding served with sauteéd red paprika and a tiny fried quail egg above. also very nice. my friend and I shared the big bark chop that was brought to the table, rarely cooked, along with a very hot dish so that we could give the meat a final grill there on the table. it was juicy and tender, and the French roasted potatoes were also very good. another friend ordered the entrecôt, who also came with a hot teller, and the entrecôt was even more tender than our chuletón when I return, I want to order the entrecôt. our other friend ordered the steaktar he loved. I tried, and it was very nice. the wine list was enough and included a beautiful ribera del duero, which was not too expensive to get 19€ a bottle. the service was impeccable. we hope this restaurant retains its excellent quality, and we plan to return soon. highly recommended.
From greeting at the door to leave excellent experience. eating was all amazing, the personal some of the most professional I met and the environment very comfortable. they will not be disappointed when they eat here. even the bill was less than expected! what is not to like.
This restaurant was opened withte august 2019. we (3) visited on 30th for lunch. it sits around 40 people. the tables are arranged so that they are in their own space. completely renovated, it has a modern interior design that is best described. soft and intimate service begins when it has a warm welcome from giorgio, reservation card on our table. the maître d' supported the menu. we shared three starters and a chuleta de vaca 750g (recommended by the maître d our first starter was croquetas de jamón ibérico. our second was langostinos al curry verde, which was served with rice. our third starter was rabas de calamari sawariaano en tempura y mayonesa de kimchi. strip of calamari in tempura with a home made lime based mayonnaise. all the starters were great. the chuleta has been presented in cut sizes and cooked perfectly on request. it was accompanied with hand-cuffed potato. we chose a bottle habla del silencio (extremadura) our deserts, prunes in armagnac and fresh looked (min to die for) and two portions panacotta that were not on the menu to die again! when we relaxed with coffee the jefe de cocina, guillermo visited our table to get our feedback, as he did with all diners. All we could say was that his experience of working in michelin really showed star kitchens. a special word thanks to our chief giorgio and david. you will not be destroyed!
Me and my wife went based on a recommendation from our lovely hotel Veintiuno. It turned out to be a very memorable evening. From the moment we got there we had the most warm and attentive welcoming. The head waiter was very proffessional and did...everything to make sure we had a good stay. We had a excellent wine recommendation of a lokal Canarian wine that was superb. About the food, it was brilliant. So well prepared and tasteful. Both elegant and flavorful. Made by a young chef who after dinner came out and had a chat with us. All in all it was one of our best dinners in a while. Really high value for money and so worth a visit when staying in Las Palmas.
We just walked out
