Ancient Peaks Winery - Santa Margarita

We had an amazing experience with fabulous wines and delicious food. Our server, Karen, was exceptional and truly made our visit memorable. She definitely deserves a Christmas bonus for her outstanding service and sales skills—thanks to her, we decided to join your wine club! My favorite wine is the Pearl Cabernet Sauvignon. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful experience at Ancient Peaks Winery! The staff greeted us with warm smiles and truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. We ordered the tri-tip and the truffle fries, both of which were absolutely fantastic. They offer a fantastic selection of delicious wines and an extensive menu to choose from. Our servers, Savannah and Erin, were both exceptional! I highly recommend visiting Ancient Peaks; you won't be disappointed!

The wine selection is excellent, but unfortunately, my lunch experience today was disappointing. The soup was overly salty and inedible, and the fig bacon hamburger was overcooked, resulting in a shriveled patty. The fries were the only highlight of the meal. A friend who has dined there previously enjoyed the food, so it seems like it might just have been an off day.

Had the curry chicken salad and the Chardonnay. It was delicious. The staff was friendly.

Came to have lunch and wine after the Morro Bay triathlon. Lovely lunch pork pulled sandwich was one of the best I’ve had. Tried five wines and got a bottle. Staff were well informed and friendly. Even met Carl, one of the owners?, and had a lovely chat. Definitely will be back.
