A man in a black shirt and a female employee both touched the pizzas after they were placed in boxes. Concerned about the lack of hygiene, I decided to cancel my order and drive to Domino's instead. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially during a pandemic. I urge the company to prioritize food safety by training their staff on proper protocols for handling food served to the public.
This is the worst experience I've ever had! There was no customer service at all. This was my first and last time going there. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
The service at the restaurant has become slower than usual. It is not the same as it used to be, as they no longer answer the phone when you try to call ahead to place an order. The supervisor should investigate what is happening. It is not the same as before when they used to answer the phone promptly.
Staff is very nice and they were doing an amazing job at cleaning and sanitizing everything at the customer area. I was amazed that even the walls were being cleaned. You have great hard working staff here.
Always easy to order and go. I like that I can go to the app and just reorder. we always get the same thing!
