Carl's Jr. - Santa Rosa

This location has decent customer service. I don’t care much for Carl’s Jr. food myself.

No point of having all the lights on and big o’ sign of 24 HOUR DRIVETHRU but having a cone in the entrance of drive thru. scam. Its 1:45 AM and they’re chilling inside and not even answering their phone, thanks Santa Rosa Carls Jr.

I come often and they are very hardworking and they make conversation well when talking to us. I wish people were a lot nicer I’ve seen them deal with a lot of karens especially stuff they cant control. Often trying to drag me in. The dining is very clean and so is the area where they give food considering it’s open 24/7 wonder how they clean it. They ask me for what sauce I want and even listed what they have

Disgusting BBQ chicken sandwich that I brought back for a refund. It used to be my favorite. But this sandwich was inedible! It was chewy and slapped together with no care at all. Great employees up front. Zucchini bites good but pricey for the amount. 2 stars for the above.

Milk shakes there sometimes move me beyond words in a good way, sometimes just ordinary, but really very spectacular when the weather is hot. Combos are a bit pricey for my pockets but the burgers are also a bit much for them. Overall good food and happy employees
