Little Caesars Pizza - Santa Rosa

I had the most unpleasant experience while trying to call in an order. I wasn’t actually ordering food for myself but for the children of a friend of mine who was recovering from a medical problem. When I called, I was trying to confirm the location by asking, “Is this the lil Caesar’s near the Arco.” I’m sure many of us have ordered from the wrong location at least once. The woman answering the refused to confirm the location and instead kept saying, “HOW CAN I HELP YOU??” At first, I thought she couldn’t hear me but as I repeated the question, her “HOW CAN I HELP YOU” was getting louder and more and more rude. Eventually, I just ordered what the kids requested but if it were my pizza, I would’ve just hung up and chosen to eat somewhere else. The receipt said the name Elvia P. on it.

I've never had an issue with this location even when they get busy! Safe to say, they have a manager that cares!

Best Lil Caesars in Santa Rosa. They do high volume but do it right.

This little Caesars has never let me down. The price is still amazing!

I've given up on this location. Expect that from delivery you'll get your pizzas and nothing else. Drinks? They won't come. Breadsticks? They won't come. Desert? Won't come. But they'll sure charge you for them!
