El Serbal - Santander

What an excellent discovery and a jewel of a restaurant. The quality of food and services is far beyond the one star Michelin category. Everything was perfect. A must if you like food if the highest order.

We had the gastronomic tasting menu with wine pairing and it was excellent. Each dish was unique and perfectly cooked. The staff was charming and very knowledgeable about the wines, as well as generous with pouring. I'm glad we're here! Very recommended

Very inexpensive Michelin star and wine pairing. A new mix of flavors, classic, but perfectly made. Good to come back! Thanks especially for the fish and dessert.

Spectacular location and amazing food. Try and get a window table (we could have how we were a late booking) Food quality was excellent, the cellar is spectacular, and the Genral ambience was very pleasant. We went for the gastronomic menu and very suggestive. One of the dishes that remained in the mouth was the Presa Iberica charcoal. The staff was very polite and the food demonstrates why they got all the accusations. Will always be a visit when you come to Santander.
