Nicolosi's Pizza House - Santee

If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately even 1 star is too high to rate this place. First off the service was horrible, I felt the staff there were racist because they didn’t even acknowledge us but greeted other patrons (if you know what I mean). Secondly the food (more like slop) was beyond disgusting and bland! How this restaurant stays in business I have no idea but it’s obvious people here don’t know good food. I will never eat here again and the only reason why I did was because my daughter unfortunately had an event there. This place from customer service to food really sucks!!!

Have been going to Nicolosi’s for 25 years and they always deliver on great food, great service by friendly staff and great atmosphere. I do however miss all the old desert racing photos from the old location.Food: 5/5

Outstanding food and service! The staff was very patient with my demanding father.

Everything was so bland and no taste at all. Pizza was so soggy you could make it into a dough. Calamari was undone, so chewy the only thing you could do was to just swallow it and pray not getting choked. Maybe they need to change their cook, I don't know but we were very disappointed. I lived in Italy for a long time. This has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. Don't call it italian just to put a price on the name. I hope they improve.
