Pizzeria Ely Fra - SANTU LUSSURGIU

Hi, today as for a couple of years, I ordered a modified caddozzona, instead of the wurster I had dried sausage added. Like every time I eat it IMPECCABLE IN EVERYTHING very good... trust me and try it you won 't regret it. I also had the pleasure of eating a slice of chocolate cake. After having loosened my taste buds, I said to myself, Eli Fra isn 't just a pizzeria, I would also have them open a 1st level pastry shop, given that Santu Lussurgiu lacks this service. Pizza at Ely Fra is a unique experience. A leavening done without haste, superlative ingredients and cooking with a wood oven that enhances all the flavors that embrace each other in unison . Someone in a famous advertisement from the 80s said seeing is believing .

I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. I think these are the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. The calzone was burnt on top and raw inside the sauce was cold and raw, they were inedible beyond the cap I found inside. I had to throw everything away otherwise I would definitely have had a terrible digestion. I absolutely never recommend it again!! Ps...I attach photos

Nello sperduto paese di Santo Lussurgiu, famoso per i cavalli e il Cristo re sulla cima, ci sta questa piccola pizzeria che vi sorprenderà con la classica pizza larga e soffice sarda. Ottime le pizze speciali e anche i prezzi. Consiglio vivamente l'antipasto della casa. Con 15€ riuscirete a comprare pizza e birra alla spina media
