Avaliação da contribuiçãoSapporo is a tough town for vegetarians and vegans, so it was great stumbling upon this place when the Happy Cow listed sushi place across the hall seems to have permanent 2+ hour lines. Everything we ordered here was nicely prepared and reasonably priced. The yuba sashimi and tofu was super fresh and traditional I'm guessing made in house. None of the items I ordered had surprise meat or fish hiding inside, which is a common experience in Japan. (I wasn't able to confirm the presence of dashi in some dishes due to my very limited Japanese.
