Acropolis Greek Taverna-sarasota

We really enjoyed the atmosphere. My friend and I were there on a Saturday night. They had music and a belly dancer....the staff even dances. The menu was wonderful. Our service was fantastic (Emma).

Took us almost an hour to receive our food at lunch time when there was only 3 other tables filled. The salmon and chicken kabobs were dry and were sent back.

Food was terrible. Previously frozen chicken that was microwaved , seemed like bad cafeteria food.

Happy Mothers Day! Appetizer was no charge for mommas! So, of course had saganaki. OPA! Great service, Great food.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun! We waited almost an hour for our food because it seemed they were under staffed.
