Cafe Amalfi - Sarasota

This was one of worst food orders we have ever had. We ordered Chicken Marsala, Stuffed Shells, Tomato Caprese Salad and Tiramisu. The side salad was literally a joke. It was a couple pieces of lettuce with a micro thin slice of tomato. The Tomato Caprese Salad was two hyper thin slices of tomato and one small piece of mozzarella on lettuce with a ton of canned olives thrown on top. The Marsala was loaded with sugar and the stuffed shells sauce was also loaded with sugar. They didnt even get the Tiramisu right. Bad. Really bad!

First time ordering from here. Pizza was burnt on the bottom and was limp and all the toppings fell off. Eggplant rollatini was ok but not impressive. Wont be ordering from here again.

The chicken parmesan was amazing! The angel hair pasta and sauce were also excellent! I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again.

The bow tie pasta was disappointing as it came in a red sauce instead of white and was missing peas. The calzone had too much bread and not enough ham.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely amazing, and the prices were very affordable!
