Everyone is very pleasant. I pulled off a star because the temporality of the service is very variable. And it does not seem to be influenced by how busy the store or the drive-thru is. Sometimes there are cars 3 over waiting and workers flying with commands and all on the way fast. Other times the parking lot and the drive-thru have very few customers, but orders seem to take a long time, many minutes. Also a proposal. Many Culver's put the Custard taste of the day on their marquee and I have not seen that at this point. That would be super helpful!
Today I visited Culver?s 528 Sarasota and ordered a double burger with some toppings. I received the two thinnest paddies I?ve ever seen and super COLD. The fries were good and the servers were great. But the burger was not what I expected. I?ve been to the one in Davenport and I can?t recall experiencing this situation. Just in case my order AAAHUKWWAEB5.
Good place to grab a quick burger if you don't want to go out to a sit down restaurant. The burgers are fresh and good portion meat. The cheese curds are very good. They have a system for their line for drive thru and it's nice because everyone parks and waits so you don't feel like you're waiting in a massive line forever. They have a really large selection of shakes and desserts too. Price wasn't too high either. Maybe about 10$ a person.
Visit from outside when city and we stopped for a desert and wow! We ordered a strawberry shaker and a reese shake a delicious snack. So fresh and taste the strawberries are so fresh and Chucky live the shake and the reese so crispy only amazing. Nice place!
2 thumbs down. Had to get out of car and walk to door to see no indoor dining, curbside only. Ok, fine. Ordered curbside off website, ordered a deluxe burger. I think my photo shows this was anything but a deluxe burger. My iced tea was 80% ice. Outside garbage cans overflowing. This was my first time eating Culver's and very well may be my last.
