The Stadium Cafe - Saratoga Springs

I would like to start by having my meal and drinks were absolutely wonderful. However, my visit began with my friend and I went in and was not sure whether we were sitting or if we were to sit somewhere, we noticed a waitress who went from us, but we were not greeted and not long after we were greeted by another girl who had gone from the past. However without any uniform and how blatantly ignored we had assumed that she was a customer, After we sat (not that it was a bad thing, but at a four person table when there were tables available for two) we were greeted by a really nice waiter who shortly after watching to claim a group of blatantly rude customers, what he got, was not what she had taken on the menu with him. We have the mob sticks and did not expect them to be so cute, and they were so fantastic, and the bbq sampler plate and fish fry were both amazing and the coating was beautiful. For all who post about small mistakes, Saratoga is a busy place with a ton of people going in bars every evening, mistakes happen, but if the service makes for the mistake, it was really a bad experience?

The Hamburgers were excellent and all three were cooked exactly as desired. Wonderful frits and I enjoyed the onion rings with my burger. The waiting staff was very good and made sure everything was right and kept our glasses full. When we visit Saratoga Springs again and are in the mood for burgers, this will definitely be where we go.

One 4 star visit, one 2 star visit.. average of 3. We had mediocre service today (7/3/18) and the food took forever with the order a little off. Not a big deal but annoying after the wait. My kids love the wings!

Whilst the location and venue were nice, the service severly let the place down. There was only one group in and an elderly gentleman (that the waitresses were hinting at him to leave) yet the wings took a long time to arrive. Ordered some more along with some nachos but again service let the place down.

They gave us the wrong orders and they acted like it was our fault for the order not being correct. If I’m paying $14+ for a sandwich it should be what I order, no? Awful service and the staff treated me like a second rate citizen compared to the men in the restaurant as well- not sure if this was a gender or age related thing. Thought all the restaurants in downtown were supposed to be outstanding but clearly this isn’t true in the case of this restaurants. We never be returning there.
