Avaliação da contribuiçãoCame out of town and stopped at this location served by server “Julie” if im not wrong spelling her name was great food came hot and fast service server was so attentive and so helpful with all my questions I would highly recommend this place just because of Julie.?
The roast beef sandwich was made with old beef and tasted like it had been reheated instead of freshly sliced. The first batch of fries was burnt and had to be sent back, but the second batch was much better. I was disappointed to be served Swiss Chalet sauce instead of beef gravy with my meal. The service was slow and unprofessional, with a waitress who didn't even know where drinks should be placed. There were no managers in sight. Overall, I doubt I will be returning to this restaurant.
Our server was friendly and tried hard, but she simply had more work than she could handle. As a consequence, the service was rather slow. No reflection on her they need more help. The food was good, consistent with what Swiss Chalet normally serves. The washroom definitely needed cleaning, and there was no paper towel. We probably would prefer to try a different restaurant next time we're in town.
Very Poor experience! Stopped in for a quick meal with group of 5. One poor waitress left to fend for herself. She Brought me a glass for a beer that was filthy, (bugs or dirt). Bathrooms were horrendous, the smell was something like a port-o-John. Tried to explain to my girlfriend that this isn’t indicative of the entire company, but she will never go back. I’m amazed that any owner or manager would allow for things to get this bad.If… and only if you think your brave enough to try this place, checkout the restrooms, then decide if you are going to order. If that is how they respect their guests, I can only imagine what their kitchen condition is.Btw. Poutine is fries and gravy. Not soup!
This restaurant has serious operating issues; during the ordering phase we were told only bottled beer was available, and later we were informed that the supply truck did not arrive and as a result there was no cheese or pepper for the ordered Caesar salad, no wet towels for your hands if you picked up your food. The food and drinks came after a good 10-15 wait although the restaurant was only about 1/3 full. The food was missing malt vinegar, despite being requested while ordering, and butter for the buns. The french fries were dried out and we had to re-order them. For desert, the vanilla cheesecake was being offered for $6 and $6.50 (apparently there was a special on). Lastly, the staff seemed shorthanded and disorganized although friendly. On the bright side, the meat (pork ribs and chicken) were cooked very well and enjoyable. To me this seems like a local management issue.
