Your Place Eatery & Bar - Sarnia

Service was good, place is clean and the food came out quick. Small little bar and grill type of establishment, but better than your usual bar and grill. Now to the food, chicken tenders were good according to my son. The poutine good, the Greek salad good. The gyros were okay, claimed to have the best in town, I'm taking that they must be the only ones in town making them to claim that title. I'm sorry but I've had a lot better from coney spots. The pork souvlaki unfortunately did nothing for me and i was so disappointed, because i LOVE pork souvlaki. The cut of meat was fatty and just did nothing for me, the chew and the taste were lacking. 2 gyro dinners, kids dinner chicken fingers and fries with a pop $3 for the pop) and a souvkaki dinner set us back $80 Canadian, outrages in mind for what we got, take a look at the pics and tell me if that's worth that much. I didn't think so, maybe if it would have been good...maybe The tzatziki had good consistency but needed just a little touch of salt, which i added...there you go

Used to be awesome ! Not sure what happened during Covid but have eaten there a few times lately and it's not what it used to be . I think they cheaper out in some of the products they used to use ! Probably better to raise your prices then compromise the quality of your food !

The fish and chips are and the people working here are really nice. A place good hearty food and a cozy atmosphere. No complaints at all.

Food is excellent and the service is great. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The first time we went there we met the chef and complimented him on the menu. I had the Club Sandwich. It was very good. They took this old fave and made it even better. My partner had the fish and chips and was very happy, we are from the Atlantic Coast so fish and chips are a staple. Caesars are excellent as well. My only complaint and really it's not even that, is that it's quite dark, but it's a pub so that's to be expected.

We ate for the first time at their place and found the experience to appreciate pleasant. the staff was super friendly and courteous and the eating was great. we will definitely come back!
