Papa John's Pizza - Sauk Rapids

Ordered two pizzas at 6:45pm tonight, now it’s 8:45 and still no pizza, called the store and got the “we are short staffed story” guy told us our pizzas were done was the manager. Not sure who owns this place but not a good way to do business. Pizzas arrived at 9:05PM. About room temp and I refund offered. ????

My company ordered 10 pizzas on Thursday for delivery on Friday at 11:45 am. We called at 12:05 pm on Friday and they had not even started the order yet nor did they seam to care. Total incompetence.????

Incompetence at its finest. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt one time when my delivery was an hour and a half late. Then had another issue with delivery. Decided to do carry out and when I arrived on time I still waited over 20 minutes (total time from order to pizza 1:40 minutes) The person behind the counter was too concerned labeling boxes to make eye contact or talk to me and the poor guy in the back making pizza kept being interrupted cuz he was the only one who seemed to know how to press a button. Poorly managed and probably won't be in business much longer.

Tonight was the 2nd time we've been disappointed with this location and we've only ordered 3 times. A few months ago I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza because my hubby likes Canadian bacon/pineapple and I don't. It was delivered with 3/4 of the pizza as Canadian bacon/pineapple with my little portion burnt! Tonight we decided to use our free pizza and hopefully restore our opinion of this store. I called at 4 30pm and asked for delivery (only being a few blocks away...but it's COLD here... ha). I was told immediately that it would be an hour for delivery, then put on hold for 7 minutes, then told by a different guy that picked up it would be 2 HOURS to have it delivered. No thank you! Papa John, you need to get some new leadership at this store. Very disappointed because I love your pizza and garlic dipping sauce.

Worst experience ever at the Sauk Rapids, MN location. Manager was taken into custody when I was there. As a customer, I was asked to answer their calls since it was all new employees working and employees were not trained on how to answer the telephone. I was then asked if I knew how to make my pizzas I ordered. I asked to cancel my order. No one knew how to do this either. It was my birthday. And one I will not forget. No one at this location bothered to contact me or follow up.
