Mrs B's Pizza Great Northern Rd

Sad this place has gone way downhill. Pizza was burnt, wings soggy, and part of my order was wrong. I do appreciate them fixing the order when I called but the food quality is just so much worse than it used to be. Guess I'll be sticking to Aurora's from now on.

Late this evening my girlfriend and I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks , first of all there was no marinara sauce in sight , second the pizza was not even cut so after paying the arm and a leg price of seven dollars for delivery I had to drive back and get the sauce myself .. got back home to cut the un cut pizza also to realize the pizza was not even cooked so I am now cooking the pizza at home I am disappointed with this purchase

An hour passed, then an hour and a half, so I called to check on the order. The person working informed me that it was out for delivery. However, after two hours, we still hadn’t received our pizza. I tried calling multiple times, but the line was busy every time. To make a long story short, the pizza never arrived, and I didn’t receive any call from them to explain. In the end, I went to Pino’s Get Fresh and ordered some chicken instead. This morning, I called to speak with the owner or manager. The staff member said they would have someone call me back. Someone eventually did call and said they could offer me the pizza but not the wings I had originally requested due to the inconvenience. They also called me names and told me not to call them again. The owner never bothered to reach out to me. The employee I spoke with this morning offered to pay for the wings out of his own pocket, but I refused, saying it was the owner’s responsibility, not his. After years of being a customer there, I won’t be coming back again.

I ordered another double pineapple and double anchovy pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. They piled on a generous amount of both toppings—almost double what I received in the same order from Fratelli’s.
