McDonald's - Sault Ste. Marie

Food was very good loved my bagel sandwich and the hash brown was very well cooked. My coffee was the down fall for me it was not good at all .They should be like in the states sell ice mocha lattes

Service is consistently poor with no regard to customer service. I assume minimum wage means minimum service and skill, I ordered breakfast and the clerk named Helen was incredibly rude even though there was no lineup at the order counter at 6am, Brutal experience -go elsewhere.

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They messed my coffee up through the drive through four separate times - on top of leaving out Jr Chickens, McDoubles, and fries on different occasions. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap one evening and sat waiting for fifteen minutes until an employee told me they had no grilled chicken. It wasn't busy ; the staff is utter trash. I have worked at McDonald's in the past and I have never seen such lazy (they lean and stand around talking whilst there's orders to be completed) and slow workers. Pathetic.If you're going through the drivethru and there's one other car, anticipate about a fifteen minute wait on your coffee. I've opted to just not eating dinner on my way to work - I'd rather go hungry and not have a coffee than support this restaurant ever again. Also, don't expect any of the employees to understand what milk is - for some reason they always manage to put cream in the coffee instead. It's actually mindboggling how messed up this location is; how has corporate not shut them down (or fired and replace the staff)?

Used the kiosk service was quick burger was correct in and out 30 min max but its Mcdonalds right right acoss the street from Watertower Inn

Love walking the Mickey Dees and having a ice cream cone. the counter staff is always there and since I am a regular cone is being made while I am paying . that's great service.
