Savannah Taphouse

The drinks and appetizers were very good. The ducks were just fine. This is a good place to watch football, but it will be noisy what is okay when you are in it. We met our guide here for a ghost-pub war, so we decided to eat dinner while we waited for the tour to begin. We were initially told that the waiting period was 30-45 minutes, but it was actually about 20 minutes. I would recommend this point for a group trip.

First, I'll discuss the food. We started with the buffalo shrimp appetizer. That was very delicious. Because my husband and I had the sweet tea fried chicken and Texas heart stopper burger. The portion sizes were very generous. The sweet tea chicken was a little sweet and a little heat or spice would have made this dish a show stopper. The Texas heart stopper was very tasty and the waffles were great. Service could have been better, but overall it was a pleasant culinary experience.

The mushroom Swiss is pretty good. I like the weaponries. The atmosphere is great, aesthetically pleasant.

Libby was an awesome server she was busy but always checked on us and was so sweet; actually every employee we came in contact with was very nice. The sweet tea fried chicken is SO good. Huge beer selection and awesome food. Do yourself a favor and eat here. The guy behind us was singing to the music along with me keep the nostalgic tunes up y’all.

Cool atmosphere. Tvs at nearly every table. Upstairs dining for larger parties. Great mushroom and Swiss burgers. I'll be back
