First time tried somthing like that. Peculiar to that region farinata is something between pizza and crepe cooked of weat flour. It is crispy and with different ingredients on the top (by your choise). Very tasty, worth to try!
I had no idea that something different on Italian food exists. It is not Pizza, it is not bread, it is Farinata. A thin, light, soft or crispy crost that could resemble a pizza but is very different. Made of weat flour or garbanzo flour, the taste is excellent. It's worth try it. Don't lose the opportunity if you are in Savona. I believe that nowhere on Italy you would find thus.
Very good flour, both of chickpeas and of wheat! we were a little surprised at the takeaway price, because for us we spent euro for weaves. but we never had to order so much that we could not rule if we are dear or not.
Excellent wheat flour and chickpeas, both smooth and filled. delicious also the fried of totans and cheese with olives. definitely honest price, and especially very kind and helpful staff. try (or return, in our case)!
