Avaliação da contribuiçãoI would rate this restaurant less than 1 star if I could. My experience was very poor. I placed an order through the KFC app at around 2:45 pm. By 3:10 pm, I had not received my order and when I called customer support, they hung up on me three times. Finally, a woman informed me that they wanted to cancel my order. It was now 3:50 pm, meaning they wanted to cancel my order after 2 hours had passed. I was extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from KFC again.
Kfc has always been a family lover. we didn't have much last year. but it's a way to go to my mother with my grandkids. the last 3 visits in these 6 months were very disappointing! the size of the pieces is smaller, much smaller. I know covid was hard for all of us, but the prices have risen so that the chicken proportions should remain the same. I get the feeling that the corporations only use the situation that pushes us at every corner! small pieces higher prices! come on. very disappointed!
2 fill meal chicken dish and 2 pieces. after eating the chicken dish I had dipped immediately. I have never eaten the 2 pieces, just threw it out and cried restaurant to inform them so that they might examine the young lady told me she had no complaining so that I could have been a doctor like it and not eat it. no repeat visits for me.
I regularly come to this location cause they have a drive-thru. Service is always good. However, today the customer service I received from Murad was exceptional. He calmly took my order…he repeated my order to ensure it was what I ordered. At the pick up window Murad was so professional and nice. Thank you Murad for being so cool!!!
I can't rate 0 stars. Lady on the window from drive thro so rude. And my fries taste like old oil. Large fries whent garbage. Never again I'm coming to this location.
