Caravel Cafe - Scarborough

Although this place was very busy, that was waiting for a very short table. the service was excellent and the food was first class. personal polite and helpful.

This restaurant served awful and horrible food. The dog meat steak pie was thrown onto the plate and swimming in a terrible gravy. The chips were rock hard and cooked in burnt oil, while the peas were also rock hard. My husband ordered the cheapest burger, which was undercooked and served with a garnish of sad lettuce, sweetcorn, old grated carrot, and a slice of orange - it was appalling. Overall, the food was rated 1 out of 5, the service was rated 3 out of 5, and the atmosphere was rated 1 out of 5.

Staff absolutely lovely, fish and chips were perfect..top class service, definitely worth a visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
