Boston Market - Schofield Barracks

My potcake was incredible! It wasn't too creamy, which allowed the chicken to shine. This was my first experience with potcake, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The crust was fantastic, and I absolutely loved the cornbread that came with it.

I drove an hour to eat here because google said they were open. They were not open.Normally a great place to eat especially for Thanksgiving on the mainland. Apparently not open here.

The staff were friendly and prompt, while also following CDC guidelines. The food was tasty and filled my appetite. For locals with access to Schofield, I recommend giving this place a try—it's a nice change from the typical plate lunch!
