Avaliação da contribuiçãoAfter we had fallen into a gastronomic tourist trap for the third time in the city of Schwerin on our holiday, we got the tipp to visit the restaurant amtstube in carcinogens. surely the first impression of the plattebau was not very welcoming, but also in hamburg on the kiez there are restaurants with an excellent kitchen. a very tastefully decorated local presented us, in which we were received very friendly by a waitress. that we were six people, didn't play a role, a table was quickly prepared. a great music in the background and well-kept drinks, (here the beer is still really tapped) hailed our visit positiw. a very beautiful idea. as a transition to the main dish we were served black bread with homemade narrow. short, eating was excellent. whether the sassnitzer herring, the spargel with the carving, the American cattle steaks, or the offered pork steak “Korfu” revealed that the wet understands his craft. we look forward to the next trip to Schwerin.
I spent a wonderful evening in the amtstube together with a worker. the food was excellent and the owner and throws an absolute unikat. we were served and entertained. thanks for that!
When we were friends last year the amtsstube had recommended we did not take this so seriously and left until the first visit a few more time to pass. meanwhile we took this restaurant at the beginning juni the fifth visit and, as we had expected, were fully satisfied again. a beautiful ambiente, great atmosphere, friendly staff and a menu that differs greatly from the other of the city, enticed us again here. especially the courts, which are additionally offered next to the card, make it clear that he is not only passionate about his profession, but also has something professionally on it. because it is time to save, of course, we have eaten as a sparing. the spatula boiled on the spot, not too soft and not too hard, the carving very delicate in crispy panade and also a well-tasting kartoffel, what you want more. so on, we are looking forward to the mate time.
The wet is a passionate cook and its dishes are tasty and particularly rich. the quality suffers here under the richness. the steaks american art are more of their own creations and unfortunately, for example, it is lacking in the way of preparation. Although "medium" is ordered, it seems to be nothing to start with. is also not implemented. ketchup on the steak may seem American, but is absolutely not appropriate!The restaurant is located in fragwügrdiger opposite. the new building block in which it is located is rather deterrent and partly uninhabited. terrible! for strange heavy visitors certainly not recommended, then please go to the city. for locals a good bourgeois kitchen with friendly and accommodating service!
I'll call that a steak! we have been on recommendation here and have not regretted a minute. very cozy and the wet has shot off the vogel with his steak from the fassone rind! that can't be a steakhouse better. I'll be back soon!
