Barro's Pizza Restaurant - Scottsdale

Davy is very friendly and professional… Pizza is sooooo great too!!!

I had ordered a pizza from Barro's pizza today to go and I had been waiting a little while and the manager Nick had informed me an emergency had come up and they had made my pizza yet but he gracefully refunded my money without me even asking and still promptly made my pizza, he was a exceptional and had great customer service!

They always get my order right, no matter where I go. Always top tier service with supreme tier people, and God tier pizza.

It appears that their food handlers don't wear hair or beard nets. How would I know this when my food was delivered you ask? Well, there was a dark, short, curly, and thick hair on my large pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. At least I sincerely hope the hair came from someone's head/face. The picture of the cinnamon sticks on their menu had icing criss crossed on top, leading one to expect that is how they would arrive... that was not the case. They had cinnamon on them at least. The icing dip that came with them was really runny. It looked and tasted very watered down. Overall a disgusting and disappointing experience. If you like your food to look nothing like advertised and also make you lose your appetite, I highly recommend.

If this chain ever opens in Utah, I will end up living paycheck to paycheck from eating here.
