North Italia – Kierland Commons

We waited at least 55 minutes before dinner. Our waiter Damion W. didn't even come by to let us know why it took so long or apologized for the long waiting period. After the food was delivered, Damion only checked us once and we never saw him again. He sent the hostess to refill our glasses. The hostess then became our waiter and asked if we wanted Dessert and presented us with our check. I visit this restaurant very often and was very disappointed at the service.

Eating is always on point and the service is always some of the best!

Good food, Koch came to our table to let us know that food was not his standard, so he makes it new. Food came a few minutes later. Dessert's birthday was a nice touch!

We always have a great experience at North Italia and last night was no exception. Our server, Damien, was exceptional. He was really engaged and answered all of our questions, he also made some great recommendations. His timing was perfect, checking in about how our drinks and appetizers were tasting, as well as our dinners, without being overbearing. He was also really great when, at the end of the meal, we asked for separate checks. The restaurant was really really busy, but we never felt rushed. The food was so good. I love the Bolognese sauce with the veggies noodles!! The braised short rib was fantastic, as was the salmon and the strozzapreti. All of it so delicious! I can't wait for our next trip to any city that has a North Italia location.
