Horrible. It was clear from the first phone call when we placed our order that the service would be bad; the staff was rude, blunt, and uninterested. The service was so terrible that I actually laughed out loud. The unfriendly and rude service continued throughout our visit, with the female cashier seeming to hate her job and all the customers. Meanwhile, five employees worked hard behind her. The food was also disappointing, with old, rancid oil giving the chips and butterfish a terrible taste and texture. Our stomachs were upset afterwards. Do not bother visiting this restaurant - there are much better options out there with fresh food and staff that actually care about their customers.

My partner and I decided to have fish for dinner and had no hesitation in purchasing it from this fish and chip shop. I have never been disappointed when visiting this place, whether I purchased fish, chicken, chips, or salad. The food is fresh, the service is old school, and the staff is quick and friendly. Great experience!

Enjoy fish and chips here for years. Always freshly cooked, hot and generously served. The salads are varied and delicious. A little on the expensive side.

Hands down, this is one of the most stunning fish and chip shops in the area. My family and I frequently dine here and are always impressed with the quality of the food.

Got the family mega deal telephone order ready right on time. Free range chicken is quality meat cooked to perfection nicely quartered and presented the large chips were crispy and full of flavour and the gravy is awesome. It fed 7 of us...and we were hungry great place nice people.
