Avaliação da contribuiçãoIt looks like peoples job today is to ruin businesses reputation, I was trying to place my order with one of the employees and by taking my order the employee kept rolling his eyes at me very disrespectful, I told him sir if you don’t want to take my order or sell just close the store. Insane how can a bad employee affect a business.
Bad, their food is delicious but they can’t make deliveries to Crandall? It’s not even that far from the restaurant and I can’t go over there I’m not being lazy it’s THEM they are being lazy to drive a few minutes and get back in the same amount of time.
Placed a 2 pizza order online…. Got there when the app said it was supposed to be ready…. And yet I had to wait 35-40 mins…. Keep in mind I waited +20mins before getting there…. Worst ever…
I have to give Seagoville Pizza Hut a BIG THANK YOU ! and do a little bragging on their behalf.I just had a problem through one of the online promotions via email that I had received a short time back and for some reason when ordering online it was declined stating the offer was no longer available. Well to be honest, I wasn't happy and called and talked to a young man who said there wasn't anything he could do being an online promotion. Well I then asked to speak with the manager and in doing so, the problem was remedied and I also added to my order to show my appreciation in resolving the matter. KUDOS TO Y'ALL for helping to resolve the issue and making a couple of the best pizza's I've had in a while.THANKS TO THE MANAGER AND CREW , YOU ARE VERY APPRECIATED ??
Really small location and always seems like they are short staffed.
