Avaliação da contribuiçãoI love finding places with Mezcal margaritas! This one was delicious! Their chips are fresh and warm. Their guacamole is refreshing and not overpowering in any sense. I had the gringas oaxaquenas, and the flavors were amazing! The flavor and spice of the bbq pork was perfect match with the quesillo, pico, and salsa verde! If I lived here this place would be in my regular rotation.
Luckily it's still open for takeout and delivery. I love the taste of the black beans included as a side. Tamales are extremely good. Also pozole is great for those days you want a warm soup.
Delicious! When my friends ask about my opinions on tacos, they know I’m the ultimate taco critic. I spent four years in San Diego, where the only place you can find a bad taco is Taco Bell. Every Mexican restaurant there is authentic and delicious. Unfortunately, after traveling outside of San Diego, I've encountered some subpar tacos. However, this place has some fantastic tacos. The tortillas are made from scratch, the meat is delicious, and the drinks are strong. I'm on my third drink as I write this! The hardworking staff at this restaurant truly care about the food they serve, and it's wonderful to witness. Normally, I don’t leave reviews, but after my experience and what I tasted, I felt compelled to share. This little taco spot deserves more recognition. Highly recommended!
I definitely plan to return to try more of the food and enjoy more margaritas. It's a charming little spot with nice seating in the back, a few tables out front, and around 10 seats at the bar.
Fantastic service! We received attentive care, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our group really enjoyed the margaritas, trying the Cantinero, Flaca, and Picosa varieties. Each one had excellent flavor, and it's great to have such a wide selection to choose from. While the food is a bit on the pricey side, that’s to be expected in Queen Anne. The chips and salsa were delightful, with chips served alongside various types of salsa. They’re happy to provide refills if you run out. All the salsas tasted fresh and had wonderful flavors. We also tried the Carne Asada tacos and the Carne Asada plate. The tacos were good, but I’d recommend spending a little extra for the plate, which offers more steak along with beans, rice, and tortillas. Overall, our group had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the margaritas were outstanding!
