Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe love this place. Great small dishes with unique takes. Been here four or five times now, and we'll continue to come back!
The food is always super tasty and interesting at Miyabi. The service is attentive but relaxed. Usually I go with girlfriends and I love to get the handmade soba noodles and hot broth, so great with a beer on a cold night. This time my extended family went and we ordered a lot of stuff sushi, tempera, steak, brussels sprouts, all really tasty, and the octopus was insanely delicious. We especially appreciated how flexible and kind the staff were with our kids aged 4 and 7, who loved the sushi and soba but otherwise acted their age (ie, they were kind of wiggly.
One of the best Japanese restaurants I have visited
The food was amazing, they only have one roll a day and they were out of fois Gras and geoduck.
This was the most creative meal I 've ever eaten. Our food was good, but what blew me away was chef 's technique. Frozen grated fois gras, sous vide egg with salmon roe, uni shooter with quail egg! Some of the many riffs on traditional presentations at this Japanese restaurant heavily influenced by French preparation. Chef 's flavors were well-balanced, and the food tasted fresh and light. But honestly, the server presented every dish to a chef did what? reaction, and it worked. If I could give 6 stars for unbridled innovation, I would.
