Avaliação da contribuiçãoOf course they have their fantastic fine menu on the top floor. but they also have a separate bistro menu that they can get in the bar. we love to go there for the specials. they have everything from burgers to steaks. the last night had the kalb piccata and it was wonderful. started with a cup of her great homemade mushroom soup.
I'm so disappointed to write this review. but I feel like I have to be a prison sentence. I wish someone had done the same for us. we saw the glowing reviews before we come; we were not back in years and we celebrate with the loving family. we were excited to see that after all the years the people still enjoyed gabriels. from the moment we went into the door, I felt like I had reached another dimension. the decor was old and it felt incredibly dusty. the bathroom was hardly functional and the deck was terrible. the curtains are old and have not been cleaned for decades. we made the mistake of sitting up, and there was much worse. the biggest disappointment was eating. my father took a bite of his steak and went immediately to speak to the manager; who did nothing about it. the rest of us did it, but we were all flooded, how poor it was eating. Artichoke hearts of one can hardly warm, bad cuts of meat, over sauce or zero taste. it was only bad at every round and every bite. the drinks were good and our server was nice.

Came for my friends birthday dinner! eating and service would not have been better! vera took care of us and went beyond and beyond to make it special! we'll be back soon!
Wow. The menu for this Restaurant Week was superb. Jason, our server, was superb, as well. Everything served was tasty and elegant. Our group could not have been happier. Looking forward to warm-weather happy hour gatherings on Gabriel's beautiful deck!
