Mariposa - Sedona

Amazing dining experience! We will be back and highly recommend!

This was our second experience and we were really disappointed. We had two waiters, the female was wonderful, the male main waiter was uninterested. My husband never received his food and the waiter did not care. Instead he blamed the kitchen staff for the error. To make matters worse, my food was missing the protein. The restaurant is very open that they aren’t suitable for children. The menu options confirm the same. The music was unusually loud, especially for a lunch. We were forgiving of all of that but then we had to wait 15 minutes for the tab. I was excited to bring someone new and the service was so poor, I left embarrassed. It may half been a one off experience but it has left a poor taste in my mouth. We’re scheduled to visit Sedona again on a triple family vacation in July and were excited to share the restaurant with everyone. We will be finding somewhere else to dine.

The staff was so attentive! I sat at the bar and the bartenders were so accommodating. I got to celebrate my birthday here and it was a beautiful experience. The ambiance and vibe in the restaurant was absolutely perfect. Down to the food, the drinks, and even the dessert. I didn't get the names of the two young guys at the bar, but they were so helpful and there recommendations made my experience easier/helpful. The churros were my favorite part, the abuelita dipping sauce was just PERFECT. Thank you Mariposa for this beautiful experience!

The prickly pear cheesecake was one of the best desserts I have ever had! Everything was delicious! Wish we would have gone before sunset, the views look incredible but the decor was beautiful even at night.
