Paws is my favorite restaurant in town. Since I am in Clemson, I and my friends have tried to go every Thursday and love it. The meat and 3 always meet the place and their sweet tea is like mums. Your employees are all the sweetest people you ever meet and always welcome you with a great ole smile. It's just my favorite place to eat.
Great, cheap, southern cuisine. They have recently stopped smoking in the restaurant and have done some reconstructions. It looks much nicer feels cleaner. Friendly servers. You have to try the strawberry shortcake! You can get it as a side or for only 75 cents!
A jack of miles. I feel like I could give an appropriate review for paws, like I lived in Bayshore for about 9 years. I love paws so much that in writing an evaluation of 7 states away and I have not even in five years at least! Paws is so damn good I just thank in bout the roasted chicken, potatoes and gravy, Mac n' cheese, and roasted okra plate srvd w sweet tea and a role for around $5. (DANG) Words do not do justice out here; I would beat a mormon for this kind of deal in utah! can believe that they still leave Smokin in the restaurants back there, ha! Maybe make it nostalgic the next time I go.. must even bring a new port for old times! Put it this way, Paws is one of the best diners I have ever experienced in all my travels!
Great ole fashioned greasy spoon!. Hey, if you are looking for fine dining or diet food, stop somewhere else. But if you are looking for great fried chicken and homecooked meat and three, Paws is the place to go! Their hamburgers are pretty good too. This is a super fast lunch, cheap and good. How can you miss given a couple of dessert choices, veggies and fried chicken. Lots of folks love the pork chops and go specifically there on certain days for the specials. My only complaint is that they changed the turkey from fresh to a pressed turkey roll that is not very good. I used to plan on Thursdays at Paws for fresh turkey. Again, not the healthiest food, but definetely worth a visit when you are ready for some comfort food!! Great 'Clemson ' feel also, especially before or after a game. Forget those newer 'college town ' places with no character, antiseptic look and with lousy service and crappy food, Paws is really authentic!
