No more. We felt our "teacher" involved and professional, which explains 2 stars, even if the apprentices are really dissipated and certainly in the first year. For cooking... bof bof we want to sell you limousine meat to slate lovers, which on the principle is laudable. So I let myself be tempted by a 350g (cold blue). The plate consists of 5 elements: the tin which must make between 250 and 300g cold blue (and not 350g but with the species of dry peacock gravel or other quite seasoning ... and which spoils my meat. Half a small yellow zucchini too cooked and stiff that is well alone... A basket of crispy and mellow hot fries, not too fat. A ramequin of unseasoned salad mesclun (arg... and to finish a bearnese sauce all made fade without soul type Breakfrance or Pomona... At 27€ the plate is abuse and frankly not worthy of a brewery that has 2 old people in front who do good work
