Cafe Bretton - Severna Park

We haven't been here for years and visited it today. Once again it was not disappointed! Food and service were excellent! It is indeed a hidden gem whose appearance is deceived from the street. If you want a nice place for a great night, try it!

This restaurant is in the order of some of the finer restaurants I was in Europe. The food is fresh, many vegetables and herbs grown in the garden. This was shown in the accompanying sauce with the crabs. the estragon was rich and amazing. We had no place for dessert, but the appetizers were also amazing (escargot for me, and Scallops and mussels Medley appetizer for Jackie. Join this with a Chateau du Casse Bordeaux and it was all you could ever ask in the picturesque hidden gem. No wonder they won the best restaurant prize. The atmosphere is quiet with only a touch of sophistication, which is probably unmatched somewhere in Washington Metro Station.

Nobody makes a better wine dinner than Victor Ledezma! The kitchen is exceptional, service superior and wine perfectly paired. The Bastille Day wine dinner was exceptionally packed from the delightful appetizers to the sauteed Escargot in Puff bakery and Chilean Sea Bass to Beef Bourguinonne with bacon and mushrooms to magnificent deserts, it was an amazing evening!

Delicious! Service was top notch, food was delicious. A little expensive for the area, but it's worth it. The food was fresh and seasoned. A great place for a special occasion.

This is one of our favorites and very special place to dine. Victor is always involved with his establishment, seeing to it that the food is excellent and the staff is professional and welcoming! A true gem of the Chesapeake! Thank you for always treating us like royalty!
