Mcdonald's - Severna Park

The McDonald's on the street, through the old Zitgo, is terrible!!! Forget food every time. Manager even pointed out that I lied, not two double cheeseburgers! Then she found. But this McDonald's, from Gamestop, is amazing. Quick and hasn't forgotten anything yet. Crazy, how different a place can only cross the road from each other.

Hey, this is McDonalds! The food was hot and the iced tea was cold. The guy on the window was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

It's McDonald's food, it doesn't change much. What changed for me today was the service and the people! I went through this morning to get some bites on my way to work. The checkout in the car took my order and I went to get my food. I didn't order a drink because I don't have coffee or water. When I went to my food, the worker who gave me my bag asked me very politely if I wanted a little drink with water to go with my food. I was kind of stunned, usually check the order, give your food and wish you a good day. This person really felt sincere in their offer of something for me to drink with my meal and it made me feel good!

Came for an early breakfast alone. He found it cold and inconspicuous. The same old one.

Love the one bald manager he's always nice and so polite, but a newer worker had an attitude after they gave us the wrong thing and told us that that is what we ordered when we did not. And it wasn't that hard to understand. Our orders have been wrong lately. Will not be back for a while
