This is the most polite coffee shop I have ever stepped up to. They're giving chik-fil-a a run for their money when it comes to customer service. Drinks were fabulous and our kids appreciated the kid temperature for their hot chocolates! Fabulous job guys!!

Great folks ready to help and serve you! Clean easy to navigate store with products and apparel. We were very impressed! My wife had never experienced Black Rifle before that day and it was my first time being in an actual store. Was quick and reasonably priced. Wish we had one in our area!Parking: Plenty of parking.

I already buy Black Rifle Coffee for the house so when my friend told me they had one in Pigeon Forge I had to go! BFC is the best because it's bold and gives you that kick. I can not remember what I git but I do remember that it was amazing!!
