I only ever have a problem with one person Every time I call when Kayla is working she is rude it's not just every once in a while it's all the time. Her attitude needs to change big time. I am a manager at another restaurant I would not tolerate that in my store. I understand it gets busy customers can be difficult but that's not a excuse. Update: I am unable to write a second review, but I wanted to edit my first. After writing the review below, the owner immediately contacted me. He asked for more information and was open to my opinion of my experiences. Not only did he apologize, but he went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and assured me that he was going to discuss the issues with his staff. I hope that my orders in the future are as expected.
Could not say more complimentary things or be more happy with this establishment! From the caring owners, to the amazing staff, to the delicious food! I have and will travel from Ligonier for this every time! The hardest part is arriving home without sauce all over me from dipping into it on the way back, HaHa!
Previous owner was very rude and not sure why he was involved in running a business. After it was taken over by another owner the customer service is much better.
I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years, but my recent experiences have been profoundly disappointing and costly. When I first began ordering, the quality of the pizza and wedgies was outstanding. However, the past several orders have been nothing short of a disaster, leaving me with wasted money and growing frustration. I typically order a BBQ Chicken Champ and two Veggie Wedgies. Consistently, the extra toppings I pay for on the Wedgies—jalapeños, sweet peppers, banana peppers, pickles, and extra cheese—have been missing. Each Wedgie includes nearly $6 worth of additional toppings, yet the past three times, I only received the standard toppings. The BBQ Chicken Champ has also been problematic, as it has repeatedly arrived without any BBQ sauce—a glaring oversight for a BBQ-focused item. Adding to the frustration, I have had to wait an extra 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time to receive my food. When I attempted to report these issues, no one answered the phone, despite my repeated calls over the span of two days. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how this business is being managed. The quality of the food and service has deteriorated to an unrecognizable degree. I have always valued supporting local businesses, but I cannot continue to spend my hard-earned money on orders that are incomplete, incorrect, and poorly handled. This experience has left me no choice but to reconsider my patronage. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to address these ongoing issues.
