Delicious mozzarella sticks. Lady taking the order was rude to us but seemingly friendly toward everyone else. Probably won’t be returning due to this unfortunate experience

Haven't gotten much here, mostly enjoy their chicken salad but they need to put the salad in a bigger container, they put it in a small plastic container the size of a burger box, I also picked up 2 medium pizzas yesterday because we had company coming, they were so small they were more like personal pizzas (spent $27 bucks for them! Also the lady who answers the phone always sounds so unwelcoming, they need to have a more upbeat person answer the phones.

My boyfriend LOVES your guys’ mozzarella sticks and onion rings but minus one star because some guy who works here kept playing some video saying “re-elect D*nald Tr*mp” over and over and over again which made us extremely uncomfortable. He also just stood really close to us while we ate lmao

I was a first time customer here. Advertisement/coupon said for a Monday large pizza $11.99. When calling, I mentioned the ad price and they would not honor that price. They said it was a printing error. Bad customer service. Then they charge extra if you don't pay cash, shady on their end. So $11.99 quickly changed to $14.21 (then they have nerve to have word for tip on receipt) . Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have gone there (just because their customer service alone). I will not be a returning customer.

So whoever the so called manager is the ignorant girl at the front needs to be fired . I first called to ask about if they had any soup she rudely said NO and that was that . I called back and put in a 70 order . I specifically asked for seeded bread . she Was ignorant the whole time taking the order. When my order arrived only one steak had seeded bread. I called back and told them and said I 'd like new steaks . Again with her rude trashy attitude blamed the kitchen and said they would make new ones and to give the old ones back ! I don 't have a problem with giving food back but I also was in the food industry for years you don 't take food back !!! What are you going to do with the steak resell it ?!!! Bottom line is I don 't care about the steaks the money it 's the ignorance of this so called manager . Your in a industry that you should be a people person and she proves she can 't talk to people. I 've been coming to them for years I 'm done . I asked to talked to owner and his name and number and they said he 's never there ! I hope he sees this and reaches out I 'd love to speak with him . I know some great customer services females that can take her spot . Have a good night
