Tim Hortons - Shawinigan

The food is good but the time waiting in line for car order is very slow. Over 20 minutes in line and we had only 2 cars ahead of us. Everytime it’s the same slow service at the car

Slow service and a wrap to eat with a fork because it was so poorly prepared

The coffee is just the way I like it and it’s hot!! Bravo to this waitress who listens when we talk to her!! Everything was perfect!!!?

At the car closes at 10:00 p.m., dining room at 7:00 p.m. It's confusing and frustrating to see 10:00 p.m. on the door and come in to sit down and eat.

Having already worked at a Tim Horton, I am in a good position to know that it is not normal for a Drive to pass 1 customer every 7 minutes... And after having tried this branch 3 times it seems that it is their standard.It would be practically faster to pick up my coffee in Trois-Rivières instead of waiting 55 minutes to order from the car.
