Waitress Samantha and manager Angie were great. Friendly and very friendly. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked as ordered. I definitely come back.

Today was the second time I wanted to eat here. While I had already written this review, I wanted to wait to see if the first time was just a fuke. It wasn't. I write this review literally as long as it's still in the restaurant! The service... was excellent to take care of the perfect balance between me and leave me alone to enjoy my meal. Extremely polite, correct in everything I have ordered, and great settings! The kitchen... I want to focus this review on the kitchen and it is mainly behind the scenes staff, because both times my food was perfect! Hot, crispy land fried steak with the right amount of gravity. Eggs cooked exactly over medium as desired. And the pancakes were beautiful golden with a slight crab above. I hope that this review will be recognised and the staff will be credited here for their great work. I'll come here again and again and it's my first choice to have my morning meal. Thank you. IHOP always has the best waiters and waiters. Coffee is always hot and food always meets the place. This situation is better than most.

Best location I was so far, fastest server, food was actually warm. Note some Ihops when served food can be cold or just warm. The food was hot!

By far the best run IHop I have ever ate at. I travel for work and eat a lot of places. This was the friendliest, clean and smoothest run place I have been in a while.
