Chili's - Sheboygan Falls

Horrible experience. We placed a carry out order that included a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was so tough that not only could you not bite into it, but you could barely cut it with a knife. We also had a shrimp salad that had pieces of rotten spinach throughout. I called to speak to the manager. The person who answered listened and said he was going to put me on hold to get the manager. After waiting a few minutes, he came back on and said the hold had times out and did I want him to try again. I answered either that or I will go online and write a review explaining how bad this food was. His response was. so you are going online? That is the worst customer service I have had in a long time. Do not bother to go to this restaurant. The food is bad and apparently they do not care.

We had a delicious lunch. The chicken enchilada soup was excellent, with plenty of chicken and just the right amount of spice. The loaded potato soup was also excellent. Both soups were exactly the right temperature. The lunch cheeseburger was excellent and just the right size, and the fries were good. Lunch side salads were fresh, with lettuce, cucumber, and onion. I thought it odd that they didn't have French dressing, but it certainly didn't ruin my day. Dining room and bathrooms were clean. Service was reasonably quick considering the staff shortage all over the country. There were two servers in the entire place. Our waitress was quite friendly. We'll go here for lunch again.

Chili's is what it is and at this location you get what you should expect. I personally think the ribs and sides at Chili's are pretty good and this spot did not disappoint. My wife and I had the ribs, I got the dry rub and my wife had the original. Delish. Kids got the kids Mac and Cheese and it was yummy. For sides we all got the fries and Mexican Corn and they were also yummy. Go.

So I went and it was not busy. I was sitting at my table for over 10 minutes and no one came up to take my order. I had to get up and ask to be switched to another area and only then was I able to get service. There were 2 waitress and only 3 tables in use!!! None decided to take my order and they did not even offer a discount!

They where great I had a ball and super friendly looooooooooove it food was excellent
