Panera Bread - Sheboygan

They gave us the small salad bowls and we had ordered the full size. Halfway through eating, we realized this. Called over the manager who completely refunded our money! How bout that for good customer service!

One of the dirtiest places I have eaten at in years. Food and crumbs on the ground everywhere, tables definitely not wiped off, napkins and other garbage laying around on chairs and the floor. I?m not expecting much from Panera but the Mac and cheese wasn?t even warm. There will be no next time ????

What happened to your bagels? They're so puffy and don't fit in my wide slot toaster anymore. They do taste as good either. No more bagels for me. Bought 6 only ate 1/2 of one...no more.

For items that Are PRE-MADE Where all they have to do is warm the meals up was expensive. At least they could make it worth the price and have a better presentation of their food. A cheap nasty tasting chips for a 14, 15.00 chicken sandwich. REALLY ???? Sandwich was tasty but NOT WORTH the PRICE ????

Had been in earlier in the week and wanted to return. Got a sandwich with a cold bun, like it was just out of the fridge. Asked for another, bun still cold. So was the bread w the soup I got. For the prices, slightly warmed up bread would've been nice.
