Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe stopped here on a street (about 1:30 p.m. 5/30/22) and our food was fresh, delicious and exactly what we ordered. While we were waiting for our food, we saw a man coming in and asking to talk to the manager. The manager was very friendly and professional as this ridiculous man complained about his wrong order. I guess they had given him the wrong bag, so again, very friendly, the manager reimbursed his order, and they made his food new. This man said that a refund and free meal were not enough to make it right, as he drove 12 miles there and back. Okay, we got it, but do you have the trouble to look into your bag before you drive home? We're with you, Shelbyville Taco Bell.
I love my Taco Bell. The team members are professional, efficient and polite. It is always a positive experience and the food is quality for fast food.
I just need to complicate the young man, Luther on the window. It is so rare to meet wise workers in these days - especially in the fast food industry, unless you go to Chick-fil-A. He called me Ma’am every time he addressed me and thanked me for my business. We need more people like him and he deserves an increase!
