Buca Di Beppo The Woodlands

The food that was prepared for me and my family was great. The spaghetti was hot and fresh The garlic and cheese breadsticks were amazing The baked ziti was to die for and the lasagna and manicotti were great. Also the 3 giant meatball and mozzarella stick appetizers were amazing. The service was mediocre at best, if you work in the service industry provide the best customer service for every family that comes in, we are the customer that provides that paycheck to you and based on how well you service the family that comes in is how we tip you in the end....disappointed in the quality of service that was rendered on Christmas day....

Service was good, atmosphere was nice, food was ok didn't meet the build up received prior to visit

First time coming here and the Food and Service was amazing.. Elizabeth made us feel welcome and her service was amazing!! Me and my wife are for sure coming back!!
