Thai Express - Sherbrooke

Sure, now everyone is trying to save something and it makes the quality down. Anyway, it's not just the thaï express problème. so it's not that bad. one of the best Asian fast food.

Not as good as other Thai Express places I have been to(around Montreal, the other two in Sherbrooke). I normally get chicken pad thai and they barely put tofu pieces in it(maybe 1 or 2 pieces if any).. I still go there since it's the closest one to my place though Had 1 really bad experience where they didn't cook it properly/fully and the noodles were soaking in the sauce But not the end of the world

If you think all Thai express are the same... just visit this one, it's much worse than you think. Fried chicken was stiff as if it was re-heat 100 times in the microwave. My pad thai was slushy and not well executed.

I ordered delivery around 8:20 PM from a hotel just five minutes away, but the food never arrived. I called at around 9:30 PM to inquire about the delay, but no one answered the phone, even after trying three times. Unfortunately, we ended up never receiving our food. The restaurant was closing at 10 PM that night, so it was quite disappointing. Overall, the customer service experience was not great.

The dining experience was mediocre; the restaurant was quite chilly, and the tables were not clean.
