Rita's Italian Ice - Shippensburg

My husband and I got a large dish of the twist which was barely over the top of the dish rim and mostly chocolate and it was gritty.

Very disappointed with Rita's Shippensburg. The smell if sour milk as you walk to window is atrocious! The large ants crawling across the counter- disgusting! The floor machine's are filthy! The girl at counter seemed irritated with her job. As much as we love Rita's, we will drive further for cleaner store! Get it together! You're losing business!

Update you’re Google ads Rita’s you don’t deliver anymore and would save people time by calling and checking into it

I went to buy an ice cream and when I look inside the business it was totally disgusting. The floor, the refrigerators and machines are all dirty. How is it possible to run a business like this? I canceled my order and went elsewhere with my family. Clean up your business.Shippensburg

Greeted rudely by the girl working today. Also don’t want to read a paragraph on a piece of paper on the window just to realize they’re STILL out of custard.
